We start with an in-depth consultation — in-store or via WhatsApp — to understand your vision, the occasion, your body type, and your budget. Our designers present mood boards, fabric swatches, and reference looks to align on the perfect design direction.
Once the design is finalised, our sourcing team procures the finest raw materials — silks from Kanchipuram and Varanasi, embroidery threads from Surat, and embellishments from Jaipur — all chosen with painstaking care to match the exact vision we've crafted together.
Our skilled karigar team — many of them second-generation artisans — then begin the painstaking process of cutting, stitching, and embroidering each piece. Complex zardosi or stonework can take hundreds of hours to complete, and every hour is evident in the final result.
Before dispatch, every garment passes through a rigorous quality inspection. We check stitching integrity, colour fastness, and embellishment security — ensuring your outfit arrives in flawless condition, beautifully packaged in our signature Dharshya gift box.
